CE360 Founding Partner responsible for business development, international partnerships. Independent Sustainable Business and Circular Economy Professional.
Joanna is passionate that, with a few tweaks and a little commitment, business can be a powerful force for good. Working in the investment industry focused on large listed businesses in developing countries, she discovered the potential for inclusive supply chains to strengthen communities and the environment. Subsequently she moved to East Africa and worked across the tea value chain to coordinate government, private sector and smallholder farmers, building an industry where everyone’s interests are aligned. More recently she founded a non-profit and moved to Ghana to explore how supply chains can support the transition to a Circular Economy, piloting with the Waste Management and Catering sectors.
Moving from corporate career to intrapreneur to social entrepeneur, she is able to navigate the complexities and language of various spheres. She has worked with non-profits, large multinationals, investment businesses, foundations and social enterprises, primarily focused on integrating commercial principles to create genuinely sustainable solutions to social and environmental issues.
She is a certified B Leader and candidate in Circular Economy & Innovation Post-Grad
